Remember last year? The Packers had just won the Super Bowl and all across our state, Wisconsinites were united in celebration over the return of the Lombardi Trophy to Titletown, USA. Wisconsin was #1.

Then, Scott Walker "dropped the bomb" on the people of Wisconsin by publicly announcing his secret plan to eliminate the rights of Wisconsin workers and hand over our state to powerful Koch-backed special interests.

Scott Walker's "bomb" tore Wisconsin apart, pitting Packer backer against Packer backer, neighbor against neighbor, and Wisconsinite against Wisconsinite.

While grassroots volunteers from counties all across Wisconsin were standing out the in cold collecting more than 1.9 million signatures to save Wisconsin from Scott Walker, Rebecca Kleefisch and his cronies in the state Legislature, Scott Walker was secretly flying all over the country on a corporate cash bonanza to put Wisconsin up for sale to the highest bidder.

The total haul for Scott Walker? More than $4.5 million in just five weeks, with 61% of that total coming from out of state. 

In 2010, Scott Walker's gross mismanagement at his Mental Health Complex resulted in more than 67 sexual assaults and a starvation death of a patient. But rather than admit fault, Scott Walker tried to cover up the scandal by shuffling his buddy and hand-picked administrator to another cushy taxpayer-funded job.

Scott Walker then used his $43,125 check from the Koch brothers to go up on the air with a massive television buy to shield himself from responsibility before the election.

While grassroots volunteers were out in neighborhoods across Wisconsin collecting more than 105,000 signatures to recall Scott Walker in the first 96 hours, Scott Walker was cashing in more big favors from the Koch brothers.

Just before our rally to recall Scott Walker at the Capitol ended, with more than 40,000 working Wisconsin folks in attendance, we learned that Scott Walker and his billionaire oil buddies purchased $1.3 million in false and misleading television ads to try and drown out our voice.
