Vote and Send a Message to Scott Walker

With all the excitement following last Friday’s announcement that volunteers filed papers to recall the first of the Republican 8 — Sen. Dan Kapanke — please don’t forget that today, April 5, is Election Day.

While the Spring election is nonpartisan, it is still critical that you, our grassroots supporters around the state, talk to your friends and neighbors, and encourage them to turn out today to elect candidates who support Wisconsin’s working families and will fight the policies of Scott Walker and his cronies.

We have several strong Democrats running for County Executive: Chris Abele in Milwaukee County, Joe Parisi in Dane County, and Tom Nelson in Outagamie County.

We also have the opportunity to elect a true judicial independent in JoAnne Kloppenburg, and unseat sitting Supreme Court Justice David Prosser, who has stated that he would act as a “complement” to Scott Walker and has made headlines for calling Chief Justice Shirley Abrahamson a “b#@tch.”
