It's true: Mitt Romney really has picked Rep. Paul Ryan as his running mate, and they're ready to double down on the failed policies of the past.

As Wisconsinites, we know Ryan best, and we've seen first-hand how hard he has worked throughout his career to reward billionaires and millionaires at the expense of students, seniors and working, middle-class families. It's the opposite of everything we've been fighting for.

So, we've got to get fired up and ready to win this thing for President Obama, Tammy Baldwin, and Democrats up and down the ticket. That's why we're planning a "Stand up Wisconsin -- Vote 2012" Day of Action this Saturday, August 18th -- to talk with neighbors on their front porches about the issues that matter most to them.
