MADISON - Numbers released today show that Scott Walker is furiously and foolishly spending on his campaign in much the same way he has distinguished himself as the gubernatorial candidate to have grown government spending the most while in office.

MADISON - As Scott Walker continues to flip-flop on virtually every issue, there is news this week that shows him consistent on at least one thing: His total and complete indifference to creating jobs.

MADISON – Last week multimillionaire Ron Johnson released a negative attack ad that an independent analysis by the media - the Associated Press (AP) - found to be “misleading.” The same ad claims that New York is not a Great Lakes state - despite having both Lake Erie and Lake Ontario on its border.  And, the first policy position Johnson actually rolled out on his Web site had to do with tackling the wolf problem for Wyoming. 

MADISON - Reality tee-vee star Sean Duffy had been singing the praises for the Republican plan to ration Medicare and end Social Security as we know it.

Madison — Today, President Obama visited the site of the new Compact Power plant in Holland, Michigan for the groundbreaking of a new factory.  When it is complete, the Compact Power facility will be the ninth constructed as a result of Recovery Act funding for advanced battery and electric vehicle manufacturers, funding that is meant both to stimulate current hiring and to promote longer-term American competitiveness.  Following the President’s visit, Wisconsin Democratic Party Chair Mike Tate issued the following statement:

MADISON - Wisconsin Democrats today filed a complaint with the Government Accountability Board, alleging that Scott Walker's May motorcycle tour timed to correspond with the Wisconsin Republican state convention was an illegal use of taxpayer money.
