MADISON –The Wisconsin State Journal is reporting that Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen cleared District Attorney Ken Kratz of any criminal wrongdoing after only a cursory ten-day inquiry, in which Kratz was not interviewed.

MADISON - Following is the response of Democratic Party of Wisconsin Chair Mike Tate following denials of J.B. Van Hollen of misconduct for his role in covering up the sexually-harassing text messages sent to an abuse victim by Van Hollen's political ally, Calumet County District Attorney Ken Kratz.

MADISON – The Democratic Party of Wisconsin today called for an independent investigation of Attorney General J.B. Van Hollen’s handling of the case of Ken Kratz, a political ally and admitted sexual predator. The call follows reports that Van Hollen’s office decided against any disciplinary action of Kratz despite pleas from his 25-year old victim.

MADISON– J.B. Van Hollen made time to speak with Joe the Plumber at a Tea Party rally but he cannot find the time to let the public know the truth about his extremist agenda by accepting Scott Hassett’s challenge to four debates.
