A three-judge panel called the activities "shameful," and anyone with a sense of good government would agree. Any Republican who participated in these actions and abetted them must explain why they are above the rule of law. The unethical baton held up so well by Scott Jensen has been ably passed to Scott Walker and Scott Fitzgerald and Wisconsin is worse for it."
