A new report from the New York Times shows that under the Romney-Ryan plan, analysts say patients would "would immediately add hundreds of dollars a year to out-of-pocket Medicare expenses for beneficiaries" [1]

The report continues, "an economist and a longtime health policy analyst at the Brookings Institution and the Institute of Medicine, called Mr. Romney’s vow to repeal the savings “both puzzling and bogus at the same time.”"

Wisconsin Democrats today released a brief video tribute to Paul Ryan after he was seen waving the Terrible Towel of the Pittsburgh Steelers at a campaign event.

The Wall Street Journal is reporting that Paul Ryan, under scrutiny for making contradictory statements about his previous endorsement of federal stimulus projects in his district, is now saying his letters of support were “mishandled.”

Noted economist Henry Aaron, a co-creator of the "premium support" concept central to the Mitt Romney-Paul Ryan budget plan that would end Medicare as we know it, is now stating that the Romney-Ryan budget "won't work."
