Sean Duffy and Reid Ribble have remained silent on Catholic bishops' criticism of the Paul Ryan budget that gives huge tax breaks to the super-rich while gutting programs relied on by working families and poor people.

MADISON – Following is the statement of Democratic Party of Wisconsin Chair Mike Tate on the newly released Republican budget plan offered by House Budget Committee Chairman Paul Ryan.

MADISON – As new polling shows that Congressional Republicans are facing record low approval ratings after their vote for Paul Ryan’s plan to end Medicare, Rep. Reid Ribble (R-Fundraising) this week proposed a constitutional amendment to make it easier for failed congressional representatives to stay in office.

While an astounding 282 U.S. Representatives have signed on as authors of a bill that would put an end to lawmakers using insider knowledge of Congress to buy and sell stocks for great profit, there are just a handful of legislators who do not support the measure. And among them is Wisconsin Representative Reid Ribble, who even refused to comment on banning insider trading.
