Wausau Polling Scheme Shows Cowardice, Lack of Character
MADISON - The Democratic Party of Wisconsin has learned recently that concerned and confused voters in Wards 23, 24, 25, 26 in the City of Wausau have had their polling location changed.
The change is due to the Duffy campaign's decision to hold his election night party at the Rose Garden. The Rose Garden for years has been the polling place for voters in these wards and the Duffy campaign's decision has forced the City of Wausau to change locations to the River Drive Complex at 212 River Drive, Wausau.
"Sean Duffy has proven that he will say and do anything to get elected and his brazen and cowardly effort to confuse Wausau voters, in an area he knows votes heavily Democratic, shows that his lack of character extends to pervert the franchise," Democratic Party of Wisconsin Chair Mike Tate said on Monday. "Sean Duffy doesn't respect the intelligence of North Woods voters, and now he shows that he doesn't respect their vote."
