MADISON-Recalled Randy Hopper might be too good to respond to his constituents at his one-way "listening sessions," but that hasn't stopped the beleaguered Scott Walker advocate from being a little naughty, and directing constituents to adult chat lines that welcome callers with the greeting, "Hey there, sexy guy..."
Hopper had canceled multiple listening sessions after it was revealed he wasn't living in his district and cited "security reasons' for missing a St. Patrick's Day parade after it was revealed that Walker got his mistress a cushy state job.
Though he has made it difficult to get a hold of him it now looks as though he's taken things to the extreme.
In Hopper's quarterly letter (attached), he lists his office number as 1-888-736-8729. That, in turn, directs callers to 1-800-475-TALK, "the country's favorite live talk," where the conversation with "students, housewives and working girls," presumably is not about Scott Walker's disastrous "budget repair bill."
"Randy Hopper won't listen to his constituents and stand up to Scott Walker so apparently he is sending his constituents someplace where the chat lines are still open," Democratic Party of Wisconsin Chair Mike Tate said Tuesday.
