Wisconsin Dems: Kevin Nicholson Right To Criticize Paul Ryan

Nicholson, Ryan, Vukmir -- "they're all in on the GOP scheme to sell out hardworking Wisconsinites while making sure their billionaire donors get rich."

MADISON -- The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel today reported that out-of-state billionaire puppet and GOP Senate candidate Kevin Nicholson last week offered tough criticism of Speaker of the House Paul Ryan of Janesville, WI, for failing to adequately represent his constituents in Congress and having a "light footprint in the state" of Wisconsin.

Brad Bainum, Democratic Party of Wisconsin spokesperson for the 2018 Senate race, issued the following statement on Nicholson attacking Speaker Ryan:

"Kevin Nicholson is right to point out that Speaker Paul Ryan—who just led a GOP vote to slash Medicare and Medicaid in order to gift massive tax cuts to billionaires—isn't looking out for Wisconsinites, but Ryan is no outlier among Republicans. Out-of-state special interest puppet Kevin Nicholson and right-wing state Senator Leah Vukmir back Ryan's plan to hike taxes on working families while sending 80% of tax cuts to the richest 1%—they're all in on the GOP scheme to sell out hardworking Wisconsinites while making sure their billionaire donors get rich."
